Instructions for use:
Screen version: It is recommended to use 120-250 mesh polyester mesh with a tension of 13-15N/cm2;
Squeegee: 65-75 degree polyurethane squeegee;
Reference dosage: When printing with 180 mesh, it is about 30-35 m2/kg;
UV machine power: low-voltage wrinkle lamp, 40W × 3 pcs, medium and high-pressure lamp 5KW × 2 pcs;
Select additives: UVH-2# thinner, or UVH-wrinkle thinner, other types of additives may affect the wrinkle effect.
Precautions:
1. Because wrinkles are very obviously affected by the moisture content of the paper and the humidity of the printing and storage environment. If the moisture content of the paper itself or excessive adsorption of moisture in the air, the adhesion of the wrinkles printed on the paper may drop sharply, or even There may be mildew spots or large areas of peeling off.
When encountering this situation, you can refer to the following methods:
A. First, dry paper products that are damp or have high water absorption in the sun or a light curing machine.
B. Avoid high temperature and humidity in the operating environment.
C. If the paper product has been printed and is found to be peeling off, it can be dried by sunlight or a light curing machine to alleviate this phenomenon.
2. When printing matte film paper, wrinkles and wrinkles will reduce the wetted surface in contact with the substrate. At the same time, wrinkles and shrinkage will produce long-term stress concentration. As the degree of matte film surface treatment slowly weakens, ordinary wrinkle inks Adhesion will gradually be lost. Therefore, special wrinkles must be used for matte film paper, and customers are asked to do a good job of testing.
3. When printing PVC or organic glass sheets covered with release paper, please wipe the surface with alcohol to avoid affecting the long-term adhesion of wrinkles.
4. When printing wrinkle ink, the mesh size of the selected screen, the thickness of the photosensitive adhesive layer, the power of the wrinkle lamp and the transmission speed of the light-curing machine will all affect the wrinkle printing effect. Please do the relevant proofing work. According to the different requirements of customers, our company can provide special models of wrinkle inks for customers to test and select.
