Screen plate: 250-420 mesh polyester screen printing plate
Squeegee: It is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane squeegee
Reference dosage: 350 mesh screen printing is about 40m2/kg
Drying: natural evaporation drying (surface drying for 20 minutes, solid drying for more than 120 minutes) or hot air drying below 100ºC
Selection of solvents: 719 quick-drying water, 718 slow-drying water, 783 slow-drying water, diluted with A06 extra slow-drying solvent, use 202 high-grade medium drying
Adjust drying speed. Appropriate selection should be made depending on the printing environment temperature, ventilation volume and printing pattern size.
Screen cleaning: Use organic solvent for cleaning (such as screen washing water)

Q4: Can I get the sample ?
A: We are delighted to offer you complimentary samples for testing purposes. Typically, we provide 1 kg of samples free of charge, and we kindly request your support in covering the air courier freight costs. Please note that this expense can be reimbursed to you upon placing your initial order with us.
