Product Description

Especially for nylon cloth and shoe materials. It is also suitable for printing on some PU, TPU, treated rubber and various denim fabrics.

Shelf life: 6 months when stored at room temperature. (0>40ºC)
 
Environmental standards:
1: Comply with the safety standards for "fulmarin" (formaldehyde) set by the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare (Showa 49-34).
2: Comply with the EU Directive (2002/61/EC) prohibiting the content of azo dyes (AZO) not exceeding 30mg.
3: Comply with EU EN71 PART 3 standards for heavy metal content.
4: Comply with GB/T 7573 Textile Water Extract pH Value Determination Standard.
5: Comply with the European Union's safety standards (2003/53/EC) for "alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers" (APEO).
6: Does not contain PVC (measurement method: FTIR)

Process: Printing (1200-1500 mesh mesh) --- air drying (60-70ºC, 3-5 minutes) or heat treatment (150ºC, 2-3 minutes)
Product features: soft hand feel, good resilience, good adhesion, wear resistance, yellowing resistance, and washing resistance.

Precautions:
1: If the fabric texture is thick, you can use 100% NY-100 as a base to get a better feel and smoothness of the printed surface.
2: Adding 3-5% WG-002 cross-linking agent can improve the adhesion, dry and wet wiping and anti-stick properties of the printing surface. After adding the cross-linking agent, the slurry should be used up within 8 hours.
3: Fully drying and then heat treatment can reduce the stickiness of the printed surface.
4: When you need to stop during the printing process, you should seal the net in time or clean it with clean water, otherwise it will easily cause the net to be blocked.
5: According to printing needs, 5-8% pure water or 2-5% WG-004 slow drying agent can be added appropriately.
6: Different substrates and environments will produce different printing effects, please do sufficient testing before reproducing.
