Instructions for use:

UV mobility: It is recommended to use 5KW×2 medium and high pressure mercury lamp;

Precautions:
1. For UVC-refractive ink, film and screen production are very critical links. The fineness and luminosity of the printing effect directly depend on the quality of the screen and the gloss of the substrate.
2. In order to print fine lines, the viscosity of the refractive ink itself is relatively high. Please pay attention to the adjustment of the viscosity and the printing process.
3. It is recommended that during printing, the air pressure should be kept at 7-8kgf/cm2, about 0.68-0.78mpa, and the ink return knife should be appropriately reduced.
4. Although this product has excellent adhesion, the degree of treatment and cleanliness of the substrate surface are the main factors affecting the adhesion. After testing, this product has good adhesion on substrates with a surface tension greater than 38 dynes. . Therefore, customers are asked to carefully test whether the tension of the substrate used can meet the printing requirements.
5. Some materials of this product may have a certain irritating effect on the skin of some operators, so please pay attention to personal protection; if the skin comes into contact, please wash it with soapy water or clean water in time; if the eyes accidentally come into contact, please rinse immediately with plenty of water. , and seek medical treatment promptly. Please replace the ink in time when there is ink on your clothes.

Storage conditions:
It can be stored for 12 months at 20ºC-30ºC. Avoid exposure to strong light, strong acids and strong alkali.
